At our salon, your time and experience are of the utmost importance. To confirm your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking.

The details
- Your deposit is applied to your final bill at the end of your service.
- Deposits are non-refundable in the case of a no-show.
- We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes.
- With sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment.
- The deposit acts as a non-refundable booking fee — it secures your slot and the time reserved for you.
This policy allows us to provide a consistently high level of service and reserve your appointment exclusively for you. We appreciate your understanding and continued trust.
Photography & your privacy
We often take before-and-after photographs of our work. Here's exactly how we use them.
- Photos are taken primarily for training, education and quality assurance within our team.
- We will never share your photograph publicly — including on social media — without your consent.
- You can decline photographs entirely, or withdraw your consent at any time — just tell your stylist.
If you'd prefer not to be photographed, that's completely fine and it will never affect your service.
Privacy & Cookies
Plain and honest — this is what our website collects, why, and the choices you have. FILTER Ladies Salon respects your privacy in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
What we collect
- Anonymous analytics — once analytics is active, we see page views and general usage (via Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics) to understand what's helpful. This never identifies you personally.
- What you send us — when you message us on WhatsApp, call, or email, we receive your contact details and message so we can arrange your appointment and reply.
- Job applications — if you apply to join the team, we receive your CV and portfolio and use them only for recruitment.
- What we DON'T collect — this website has no accounts, no payment processing, and no marketing databases. We never sell or rent your data. Ever.
Third-party services
Some trusted services help this site work: Google (Tag Manager & Analytics, embedded maps), WhatsApp / Meta (when you choose to message us), Instagram (if you follow our links), and GitHub Pages (website hosting, which keeps standard server logs). Each operates under its own privacy policy, and they only receive data when you actively use those features.
Cookies
This site itself sets no tracking cookies. When analytics is active, Google Analytics sets standard measurement cookies — you can block or clear these anytime in your browser settings, and the site works perfectly without them.
Your rights & how long we keep things
Under UAE law you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Booking messages are kept only as long as needed to manage appointments; CVs are kept only while a role is being considered. For any privacy request, email info@filterladiessalon.com and we'll respond promptly.
