How is my appointment confirmed?
Once we agree a time on WhatsApp, a deposit — AED 200 for hair or AED 50 for beauty — secures your slot. It comes off your final bill.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes — with at least 24 hours' notice your deposit transfers to a future appointment. No-shows forfeit the deposit.
I'm not sure which treatment I need.
Message us anyway — for colour, transformations and semi-permanent makeup we'll suggest a quick consultation so we can advise properly and quote accurately.
